Client partnered with AppleOne is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support a busy accounting department in Anaheim. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule, either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, depending on your preference.
In this role, you will be handling a range of accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ideal candidates will thrive under tight deadlines, have a strong understanding of accounting functions, and enjoy working as part of a hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Handling Credit and COD transactions
Reconciling accounts and maintaining up-to-date records
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience preferred
Strong Excel and general computer skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Dependable and detail-oriented
Must be comfortable in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$70,000 annual salary
Set Monday–Friday schedule
