AppleOne in North San Diego is now hiring an Accounting Assist for a position located near Rancho Bernardo. Pay is $26-$30/hr DOE.
This position will assist with the accounts payable processes, process invoices and expense reports, perform basic data entry and maintain financial records, reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end close activities, create and/or update process documentation, proactively identify process improvements, and provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software, is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
