We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in the oil and gas or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
-Process rebills, credits, and billing adjustments as needed.
-Review and reconcile monthly revenue generated by invoices.
-Create purchase requisitions, obtain required approvals, and submit proof of delivery documentation.
-Enter and verify payroll data, including hours worked, vacation, and sick pay.
-Support the accounting team with ad hoc requests, financial reports, and special projects.
-Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Experience in the oil and gas or construction industry is required.
-1–3 years of accounting, billing, or financial operations experience preferred.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
