We have an immediate opportunity for a Trust Fund Accounting Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role will be responsible for administering specific trust fund accounting functions including employer interaction, payment processing, discrepancy reconciliation, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience, an AS/AA degree in Accounting, and must be bilingual in Spanish. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and intermediate Excel are required, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
