We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative and financial support to our accounting and finance leadership. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and a solid working knowledge of accounting, tax, and finance concepts. The ideal candidate is confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and comfortable interacting directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-level administrative support to accounting and finance teams, including direct support to a senior partner
-Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines for internal teams and client engagements
-Oversee a high-volume inbox (100+ emails daily), prioritizing, routing, and responding with professionalism and accuracy
-Prepare, organize, and maintain financial, tax, and administrative documentation
-Assist with accounting-related tasks, reporting, data tracking, and general financial support
-Support tax preparation, compliance, and finance activities as needed
-Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Strong experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
-Working understanding of accounting principles, tax concepts, and basic finance
-Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent client interaction
