Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong clerical experience, excellent follow-up skills, and advanced Excel abilities who can quickly learn new software and processes. Accounting experience is not required.
Candidates should live close to the office near the Florida Mall, as this is a 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general clerical and administrative support within the Accounting Department
Process and manage employee expense reports
Perform accurate data entry into Oracle (training provided
Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUM functions
Communicate effectively with internal teams and follow up to ensure task completion
Maintain organized records and documentation
Qualifications
1–2 years of clerical or administrative support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUM)
Strong working knowledge of Outlook and Word
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new software and concepts efficiently
No Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
