We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounting Assistant to support 2–3 Financial Accounting teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is essential to managing the flow of physical and electronic information—including mail, documents, and deliveries—to ensure timely, accurate distribution. The ideal candidate is professional, tech-savvy, and able to handle a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities
Open, review, scan, and electronically distribute incoming mail and documents
Assess incoming items to determine urgency and route appropriately
Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as needed
Partner with multiple accounting teams to support day-to-day operations
Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels, including Executive Leadership
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
SAP
Concur
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, flexible, dependable, and able to anticipate needs
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
