Accounting Specialist, A/P Ideal Candidate: • Strong high-volume Accounts Payable / invoice processing experience. • Excellent 10-key, data entry, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Excel; ERP/accounting software experience preferred. • Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work. We need a strong, hands-on AP processing professional, not someone seeking a broader accounting role. Requirements: • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements. • Must pass Background Check, Drug Test, and Credit Check.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume vendor invoices and credit memos.
• Perform 3-way matching (invoices, POs, and receiving records).
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and duplicate payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with GL coding.
• Prepare and process weekly AP check runs.
• Handle deposits and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Provide occasional HR/Payroll administrative support, including timecard review.
