Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and related accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate general ledger activity, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, analysis, and documentation for internal teams, management, or external partners.
- Support bookkeeping, cost accounting, tax, property accounting, or staff accounting functions depending on the role.
- Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and maintain compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay ranges from $23.00 to $48.00 per hour for hourly roles.
- Select senior-level opportunities may pay up to $100K+ depending on position, level of responsibility, and experience.




Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily accounting operations such as AP, AR, reconciliations, bookkeeping, reporting, or general ledger activity.
- Support month-end close, financial statement preparation, account analysis, and accounting documentation.
- Contribute to accurate financial processes across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, finance, consumer goods, and professional services.
- Assist with higher-level accounting, tax, cost accounting, property accounting, or management responsibilities depending on experience.

- 3 to 5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or finance-related experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, general ledger activity, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with accounting teams, vendors, customers, and management.
- Ability to adapt to different industries, company sizes, accounting processes, and role responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, real estate, finance, cosmetics, luxury services, accounting, or auditing environments.
- Prior experience in AP/AR, full charge bookkeeping, staff accounting, tax accounting, property accounting, cost accounting, or accounting management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is helpful for staff-level and management-level roles.
