Accounts Payable Specialist

Senior Staff Accountant
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):
Full-cycle accounts payable processing
Vendor communication (English & Spanish)
Account reconciliations and journal entries
Month-end and year-end close support
General ledger maintenance
Financial reporting and analysis
Payroll support (as applicable)
Process improvement and internal controls assistance
Senior-level candidates may also:
Lead month-end close
Review AP/AR work
Assist with budgeting and audit preparation
Support leadership with financial insights
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
2+ years of accounting experience (AP level)
4–6+ years for Staff/Senior level
Strong understanding of GAAP
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
Accounts Payable: $21–$25/hour
Staff Accountant: $60,000–$75,000
Senior Staff Accountant: $75,000–$95,000+
(Compensation varies based on experience and employer.)
