We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Accounting Clerk to join our growing team! If you love managing finances accurately and collaborating with others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

-Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, from invoicing to collections and payments

-Work with NetSuite and QuickBooks to process transactions and generate reports

-Perform reconciliations and support month-end close, reporting, and audits

-Maintain organized financial records and resolve discrepancies

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and support a global customer base

-What We’re Looking For

-5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit or medical billing a plus)

-Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel

-Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills

-Ability to work independently and in a team

-Associate’s degree or higher (Accounting/Finance preferred)
