We are partnering with a growing, mid-sized organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end close, with a strong emphasis on fixed asset accounting and ERP system utilization (NetSuite required).

Key Responsibilities
• Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with revenue recognition and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Reconcile bank and subledger activity and analyze variances
• Partner with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Support audit requests and documentation preparation
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Hands-on NetSuite experience (required)
• Strong fixed asset accounting experience (required)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and reconciliation skills

Preferred
• Cost accounting or inventory exposure
• CPA or public accounting background
