Assist the Controller in month-end/year-end closing and other projects as needed
Assist in overseeing all accounting functions from data entry through preparation of the income statement
Reconcile accounts, post to the GL
Generate month-end reports and spreadsheets
Responsible for all cash-flow and banking functions, including monitoring daily cash balances, deposits, bank account transfers, and wire/ACH withdrawals
Manage the AR aging
Supervise all customer collections
Apply checks to customer accounts, monitor customer accounts, and prep customer statements
Prepare sales and use tax returns for posting to the GL
Process credits and returns
Responsible for year-end tax filing functions - 1069, 1099, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
Detail oriented
Proficient in Word, Excel
