Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions related to oil and gas operations.
- Process revenue accounting, joint interest billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activity.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit-related documentation.
- Use Wolfpack software and QuickBooks to complete accounting functions and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage oil and gas accounting functions, including revenue, JIB, AP, and AR.
- Complete account reconciliations and support month-end close.
- Maintain financial records and assist with audit support.
- Use Wolfpack software and QuickBooks for accounting operations.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with Wolfpack software and QuickBooks is required.
- Strong understanding of joint interest billing and revenue accounting.
- Proficiency with Excel and general accounting systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in oil and gas operations accounting.
- Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and month-end close in a deadline-driven environment.
- Background working in a collaborative professional office setting.
