We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments. The Accounting Assistant will also assist with invoicing, posting customer payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. Additional duties include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close activities. This position works closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Excel and accounting software is preferred, though training will be provided. This role offers exposure to core accounting functions and opportunities for professional growth.
