We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with strong NetSuite experience to assist with a temporary project focused on cleaning up and organizing a year’s worth of project and revenue-related entries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and bringing structure and accuracy to financial and operational data.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in NetSuite, along with strong Excel and Outlook skills. This person will work closely with leadership to help clean up project records, ensure revenue is properly recognized, and support overall operational efficiency. Experience with AutoQuotes is not required, as training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, clean up, and organize historical project entries in NetSuite
  • Assist with revenue realization and reconciliation of project data
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of records
  • Work independently to manage and prioritize cleanup tasks
  • Communicate progress and updates with leadership team
  • Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Use Outlook for internal communication and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and stay focused on long-term projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with project-based accounting or revenue recognition is a plus
  • Experience with AutoQuotes is a bonus, but not required

Additional Information:

This position is being created specifically to support a major cleanup initiative. Leadership has been assisting with the project internally, but due to workload demands across multiple companies and field operations, we are looking for someone dedicated to bringing these records up to date and helping create a more streamlined process moving forward.
