What You’ll Do

Drive the Numbers: Prepare timely, accurate financial statements, cost accounting reports, and GAAP-compliant records.

Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Optimize & Protect: Maintain and elevate internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.

Provide Strategic Support: Analyze manufacturing costs, support pricing decisions, and drive operational benchmarking to fuel profitability.

Ensure Compliance: Oversee local, state, and federal reporting, tax filings, debt covenant compliance, and lead external audit preparation.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience strictly within the manufacturing industry.

Technical Savvy: Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing/cost accounting, operational analysis, and external audits.

Leadership: Proven ability to supervise or mentor junior accounting staff (AP/AR).

Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.
- Experience supporting external audits, compliance reporting, tax filings, and debt covenant requirements.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, or mentor AP and AR accounting staff.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to operational performance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred.
