What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Drive the Numbers: Own the preparation of timely, accurate financial statements, management cost reports, and GAAP-compliant records.
Lead the Team: Supervise, train, and mentor our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff to keep operations running like clockwork.
Optimize & Protect: Maintain and elevate our internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
Strategic Support: Fuel our growth by supporting pricing decisions, operational benchmarking, and high-impact business analysis.
Compliance Champion: Oversee local, state, and federal reporting, tax filings, debt covenant compliance, and lead the charge on external audits.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 5+ years of solid accounting experience (bonus points if you’ve rocked it in a manufacturing environment!).
Audit & Cost Savvy: Proven experience supporting external audits, cost reporting, or operational financial analysis.
Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish skills are a massive plus!

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support corporate accounting functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end close, variance review, and accounting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and support internal accounting controls.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with accounting or ERP systems.
- Understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based environment.
- Exposure to cost accounting, inventory accounting, or production-related financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems in a corporate accounting setting.
