Now Hiring: Accountant (Commercial Property Management)

Join an established commercial property management company and play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll help drive accurate financial operations in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare monthly & annual financial statements
Manage A/R, A/P, and month-end close processes
Perform variance analysis & financial reporting
Handle CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years accounting experience (commercial real estate a plus)
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards preferred
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
