We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting senior accounting staff with financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded
• Maintain and update accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and tracking payments
• Maintain and update accounts payable, including reconciliations
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in accordance with company policies and accounting guidelines
• Review expenses, payroll records, and supporting documentation as assigned
• Update and maintain financial data in accounting systems and databases to ensure accuracy and availability
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports
• Assist senior accountants with monthly and year-end close processes
• Support special accounting projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proven experience in a full-cycle or general accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with accounting and financial software systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
