Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the company’s financial affairs. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, developing budgets, and providing accurate financial insights to management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate financial records for the organization.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting principles (GAAP).
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely processing, recording, and payment of invoices.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets; provide financial insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Conduct periodic financial analyses and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Manage financial transactions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
Basic Employment Duties

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
In-depth understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Proven experience in financial reporting and financial analysis.
