Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Accounting and Finance Department. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing daily financial transactions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data and maintain accurate financial records within accounting systems
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and post journal entries under supervision
• Reconcile bank statements and promptly report discrepancies
• File, organize, and maintain accounting documents and supporting materials
• Respond to internal and vendor inquiries regarding billing or payment status
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting and finance team
• Perform additional duties as assigned
