We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance team during a six-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles, accuracy in financial reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including general ledger, cash, and tax accounts.
Maintain and control financial records such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and bank accounts.
Prepare accurate accounting reports and schedules for internal management and external stakeholders.
Support cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within accounting operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
