About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong QuickBooks Online experience to join our team! This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting tasks and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks: AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations
Keep financial records up to date in QuickBooks Online
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare reports and documents using Excel and Word
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Work closely with team members to ensure accurate financial data
Spot and fix discrepancies quickly and accurately
Maintain organized records and follow accounting procedures
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
3–5 years of accounting experience (generalist/full-cycle preferred)
Skilled in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong communication skills and team spirit
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
