Looking for an accounting role where you can take ownership and make an immediate impact? This position oversees full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, job costing, and financial reporting. The role also provides operational and HR support, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, tracking PTO, and ensuring compliance with employment and tax requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-charge accounting experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, and proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online). Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are key. Experience in project-based industries such as construction or restoration is a plus.

This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance, offering the chance to grow and make a meaningful impact on the business.
