Accountant (Temp-to-Hire)
Bakersfield, CA 93309
Pay: $24–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-loving Accountant to join our Financial Department and keep our books (and team) running smoothly. What you’ll be doing (a.k.a. your daily puzzle pieces):
• Posting & processing journal entries like a pro
• Managing accounts receivable & payable, plus reconciliations
• Helping prep balance sheets, income statements & other financial docs
• Reviewing expenses and payroll records
• Keeping financial data squeaky clean & organized
• Supporting month-end & year-end closings
• Assisting with internal controls and procedures
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (non-negotiable)
• A sharp eye for detail (you spot that missing penny every time)
• Discretion with confidential info (trust is key)
• Positive, coachable, can-do attitude
