Looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant and HR Coordinator (One position).

They will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions as well as providing support in various HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Stay informed about relevant accounting and HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Manage day-to-day accounting activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, financial reporting)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting and/or HR roles.
Strong background of creating and reading financial reports.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, & Word.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices!
Familiarity with HR processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
