?? Key Responsibilities (Accounting Duties):
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain journal entries
Manage AP/AR, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Support internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to streamline processes
Utilize accounting software to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
Assist with tax filings and year-end close procedures
?? Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of professional accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must be a current Washington State resident and available for on-site work
??? Technical Skills & Tools (Accounting Software):
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros)
Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite
Familiarity with QuickBooks, BlackLine, or Concur a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-volume data
Ability to navigate and adapt to various financial platforms and tools
?? Preferred Certifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Preferred or in progress
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) – Highly valued
Continuing professional education in tax, audit, or financial management
