Launch your career with AppleOne! We are hiring immediately for Accountants to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Located in North San Diego $26-31hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Support payroll and tax reporting as needed
• Monitor budgets and assist in forecasting
• Prepare and submit invoices and payments
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
