We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting a company’s day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain the general ledger
-Process accounts payable and receivable
-Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
-Prepare reports for management as needed
-Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
-2+ years of accounting experience (general ledger, A/P, A/R)
-Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Strong organizational and communication skills
