Project Accountant/Revenue Specialist (2+ years Accountant Experience Required) Location: Raleigh, NC (on-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

We're assisting our client in Raleigh, NC, with the direct hire of a Project Accountant/Revenue Specialist- a key role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate revenue processing. In this position, you’ll work closely with field teams and customers to manage receipts, resolve billing issues, and drive the success of the company’s financial operations. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes Proficiency in data entry, math, and financial software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
What You’ll Do: Accurately process and post revenue transactions Investigate and resolve account discrepancies Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts Address purchase order variances and customer billing inquiries Maintain logs of billing activity and generate weekly A/R reports Estimate material needs, manage inventory levels, and schedule crews Collaborate with the repair team and support field personnel Assist with monthly revenue projections and participate in special projects
