Position Summary:
Actively seeking an Account Specialist in Customer Service to support customer accounts in Reno. This role acts as the primary point of contact for a specific portfolio of clients, focusing on order processing, issue resolution, and customer retention in collaboration with field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full order lifecycle for assigned customer accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
Address and resolve service issues, working with internal teams to ensure follow-up
Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution)
Provide expert-level product knowledge and recommend suitable customer solutions
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Skilled in navigating challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
