We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in business leadership. Our Account Management and Leadership Trainee Program offers hands-on experience and structured training across core operational areas. This program is designed to prepare participants to successfully lead a business unit in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Program Includes Training In:

Business operations and strategy

Profit & loss management

Employee supervision and team development

Client relationship management and business development

Industry-specific product knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Willingness to relocate within California for future advancement

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience in customer service, team leadership, or business roles is a plus
