Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager-Tradeshow for a direct hire opportunity in the North Dallas area. This in-person role is ideal for a client-focused professional with experience in trade shows, exhibits, event production, experiential marketing, or a closely related environment.
The Account Manager-Tradeshow will serve as the primary client contact and operational anchor for active trade show and event projects. This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, internal communication, documentation, logistics support, and deadline management in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing daily communications, account needs, project updates, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Account Executives, Project Managers, Creative, Production, and Logistics teams to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage project deliverables including plans, client meetings, estimates, production orders, documentation, and internal follow-up.
- Use internal systems to initiate jobs, prepare invoices, reconcile accounts, track fixed assets, and maintain accurate project records.
- Identify potential obstacles early, develop backup plans, escalate issues appropriately, and help keep client commitments on track.
- Support smaller projects with combined account management and project management responsibilities as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage client relationships and daily account communications for trade show, exhibit, event production, or experiential marketing projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, estimates, production orders, meetings, documentation, and deliverables across internal departments.
- Support project execution by aligning creative, logistics, production, and account teams.
- Maintain process compliance, project accuracy, and timely escalation of project risks or client concerns.
- 2+ years of account management experience required.
- Background in trade shows, exhibits, event production, experiential marketing, or a closely related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage client expectations professionally.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift while still maintaining process standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and structured project documentation.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with show services vendors such as Sho-Link, GES, or related labor and logistics partners.
- Experience writing production orders, sales orders, scopes of work, or similar project documentation.
- Knowledge of certificates of insurance, travel coordination, labor coordination, inventory tracking, or warehouse management.
