Our client is looking for an Industrial Account Manager
Territory: Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties
Base Salary: $65k - $75k + commission and profit sharing

Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Industrial Account Manager with a strong background in electrical and/or automation to manage and grow a sales territory covering Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of industrial products and solutions, capable of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers in the assigned territory.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using electrical and automation products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business).
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Proven track record of territory management and sales success.

Prior experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation, or a related field.
Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and applications.
