Position: Account Manager
Salary: $42,000 base salary + incentives

Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the company’s sales efforts, developing strategies to drive growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role supports proposal development, marketing initiatives, events, and business research, ensuring sales goals are met while maintaining industry knowledge and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales efforts to achieve goals with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns (digital, printed, conventions, events).
• Create sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and videos.
• Analyze results from marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and maintain prospect lists.
• Monitor industry trends, news, and reports to uncover client needs and pricing opportunities.
• Participate in conventions, seminars, and professional associations to generate leads.
• Support practice managers with sales efforts, proposals, and client requests.
• Coordinate with social media resources to align sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare reports on sales efforts and distribute to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar sales/marketing roles.
Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of technology and information systems solutions.
• Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to coordinate events and speak effectively in public.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and make quick decisions.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish & English).
