Are you a licensed 220 (P&C) Insurance professional looking to join a well-established organization in Fort Lauderdale? We are hiring an Account Manager on behalf of our client for a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and a stable work environment.
This is not a sales role — it's focused on servicing and managing an existing book of business. If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial insurance account handling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts with professionalism and accuracy
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, policy updates, and renewals
• Assess client coverage needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and related documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure policy compliance and retention

Qualifications:
• Active 220 (Property & Casualty) license is required
• Previous experience managing a book of business in an insurance agency or brokerage
• Strong working knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to resolve client issues promptly and professionally
