Senior Customer Service Specialist – Pharma/Manufacturing

Seeking an Inside Sales/Senior Customer Service Specialist; this role is blending account management, inside sales, and technical customer support.

This position is ideal for professionals with a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of CSR experience, and a background in manufacturing and/or life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track complex customer orders and escalations.

Support large accounts and ensure service excellence.

Resolve order discrepancies and proactively communicate with clients.

Navigate SOP deviations to meet client-specific needs.

Mentor or assist team members with high-level issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing large customer accounts.

Ability to adapt guidelines to meet client needs.

Strong professional communication and technical writing skills.

Leadership, mentoring, or training experience.

Background in manufacturing and familiarity with pharma or medical device environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

$23.69 – $28.54/hr (based on experience)
