We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact between corporate operations and our network of franchise owners. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting daily operations, driving communication, and ensuring franchisees have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

Now Hiring: Account Manager (Franchise Operations Support)
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday & Friday Remote | Tuesday–Thursday In Office
Compensation: $24–$25/hour
You will be responsible for..
Provide daily operational and customer support to up to 150 franchise locations via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Act as the primary liaison between franchisees, internal departments, executives, and external vendors
Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and implement effective solutions
Support new store openings, including managing timelines, operational readiness, and marketing coordination
Oversee ordering and distribution processes in partnership with warehouses and vendors
Handle guest care concerns related to store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience
Communicate company updates, initiatives, and expectations across the franchise network
Utilize financial insights (P&L, ROI) to support franchisee decision-making
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and vendors
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Collaborate on large-scale projects and company initiatives
To qualify for this role you should....
2+ years of account management, customer support, or franchise support experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Experience with financial concepts (P&L, ROI) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
