We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and grow client relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is focused on retention, expansion, and delivering a strong client experience — not heavy cold calling. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure projects, services, or staffing needs are executed smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do

Manage a book of business and serve as the primary client contact
Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Partner with recruiting, operations, or delivery teams to meet client needs
Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business updates
Track activity, pipeline, and client metrics in CRM
Resolve issues quickly and keep communication clear and proactive

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of account management, client services, or recruiting experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Experience in staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or insurance is a plus
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
