We’re looking for a customer-focused, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence through exceptional client engagement.
In this role, you’ll manage key DSO (Dental Service Organization) accounts and drive value through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive support. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience that strengthens relationships, reduces churn, and encourages long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for DSO customers Build strong, long-term relationships and understand client goals and challenges Customer Success & Growth Guide customers through successful adoption of client's products and services Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs Encourage greater product usage and promote feature adoption Support & Issue Resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively Act as a liaison between customers and technical/product teams Account Health & Strategy Conduct regular account reviews to track customer success and share insights Monitor key KPIs such as usage, satisfaction (NPS), and retention Proactively address potential churn risks with strategic solutions Customer Advocacy & Feedback Gather feedback to inform product and service improvements Share customer success stories internally to support ongoing innovation Training & Education Refer clients to appropriate training resources as needed Help clients access educational materials to fully utilize platform capabilities Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams Ensure customer experience is aligned with business goals What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Experience in Dental Operations Management or similar customer-facing roles Strong background in customer service or account management SaaS industry experience is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident, and composed in all interactions Comfortable working across multiple departments and disciplines Apply Now!
