Position: Regional Account Representative (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Northern California (Bay Area, Tri-Valley, Central Valley – including Stockton, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Antioch, Concord, Brentwood, San Francisco)
Work Type: Hybrid – In-Field & Remote
We are seeking a personable, professional, and highly self-motivated Regional Account Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid position blends in-person relationship building with remote outreach (phone and email), offering flexibility while making a meaningful impact across Northern California and beyond.
In this role, you will serve as the face of the company, fostering and expanding our referral network among medical providers, attorneys, and clinic staff. You'll play a key part in nurturing existing relationships, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting statewide expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical and legal professionals
Conduct in-person visits to clinics and offices 2–3 days per week
Perform remote outreach and administrative follow-ups 1–2 days per week (option to work from home or from our Stockton office)
Identify opportunities to strengthen referral pipelines and introduce company services to new contacts
Maintain detailed records of outreach, interactions, and progress
Travel frequently within assigned territory (Mileage reimbursement provided)
Compensation
Base salary + Discretionary Bonus
Bonus is not tied to quotas or referrals
Based on professionalism, consistency, and overall contribution
Awarded at company’s discretion
Ideal Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or business development
Background in medical or legal marketing preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-person meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-starter with great organizational and follow-up skills
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
