About the Role:
Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for high-tech manufacturing and a track record in sales? We are seeking a dedicated, versatile, and proactive Account Manager to join our global sales team. This role is key to managing and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and securing new business opportunities—particularly in the semiconductor backend, packaging, and chip sectors.

You will serve as a strategic partner to high-level stakeholders, offering technical expertise, tailored solutions, and exceptional service that builds trust and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Management
• Manage and expand key customer relationships across all levels.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide consultative, technical sales support and presentations.
• Navigate complex contract negotiations involving internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration & Strategy
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams, including parent company and factory personnel.
• Participate in global sales calls across multiple time zones, including evening meetings.
• Support the development of customer strategies and volume-building initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on customer engagement, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Customer Experience & Engagement
• Travel with and host international customers during factory visits, tours, and meetings.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and factory requests.

Administrative Support (Non-Essential)
• Assist with order processing, delivery logistics, and issue resolution.
• Participate in team-building and company events.
• Provide transport and hospitality to visiting clients and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor backend/packaging industries.
• Strong negotiation skills and a successful track record in new business development.
• Ability to understand and convey technical product knowledge.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech savviness.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and participate in evening conference calls.

Preferred Traits:
• Previous experience working in a global or cross-cultural team.
• Experience supporting high-level, strategic accounts with complex organizational structures.
• Multilingual capabilities a plus.

Physical and Work Requirements:
• Prolonged sitting (desk, travel), frequent keyboarding, and regular movement associated with travel and customer engagements.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in person and through virtual platforms.
• Travel required: domestic and international, including customer visits, trade shows, and team meetings.
