Account Executive – Outside Sales
Full-Time | Mon–Fri | Salary + Commission | Shreveport, LA 71105
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and support recruiting efforts. This is a hybrid position with remote days, in-office collaboration, and field visits.
Responsibilities
Prospect daily and generate new business through outside sales activity.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Attend networking and community events to expand visibility.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver high-quality customer service.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
Outside sales experience required.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Experience in customer service, sales, or staffing preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$45,000–$50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
