Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong recruiting and client expansion background for a direct hire opportunity in the staffing and employment services industry. This hybrid role is ideal for a driven staffing professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, recruiting professional-level talent, and managing a full desk in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level direct hire roles and high-volume staffing projects.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to identify additional hiring needs and revenue opportunities.
- Prospect, network, and bring in new client opportunities within the local market.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to client companies.
- Partner with clients to understand job requirements, hiring goals, timelines, and workforce challenges.
- Maintain a fast-paced recruiting desk with strong follow-up, pipeline management, and activity discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage direct hire recruiting searches for professional-level roles.
- Lead high-volume recruiting projects in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a productive recruiting and business development desk.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant staffing, recruiting, sourcing, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven track record filling professional-level direct hire positions.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting projects.
- Strong client expansion, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment.
- Self-starter with high initiative, strong follow-through, and ownership of results.
- Familiarity with the Tampa and surrounding markets is preferred based on team needs.
- Must be comfortable balancing recruiting responsibilities with business development activity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a staffing agency or employment services environment.
- Established local business network within the Florida market.
- Experience managing both candidate relationships and client accounts.
- Strong ability to uncover client hiring needs and convert opportunities into placements.
