This Account Executive Position Features:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead our outreach and referral development efforts within the Hospital System. This individual will be responsible for promoting our home supportive services and to Hospital System case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and patients themselves. The primary focus is to increase referrals and build strong relationships that enable more recipients to receive high-quality, in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hospital System case managers, community care coordinators, and hospital facing staff.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between our organization and Hospital System, educating staff and recipients on the availability, benefits, and eligibility for home care services.
• Identify and cultivate referral sources within Hospital System to increase awareness and utilization of our services.
• Meet directly with veterans and their families to explain services, answer questions, and assist in the referral or intake process.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service onboarding and satisfaction for referred recipients.
• Attend Hospital System -sponsored events, resource fairs, and other community outreach opportunities to promote our services.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, referrals, and communications using CRM and reporting tools.
• Track progress toward monthly and quarterly referral and revenue goals.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development
• Significant professional experience with Hospital System
• Familiarity with home and community-based services or personal care services (ADLs, homemaker/home health aide, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly with clinical staff and recipients populations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to Hospital facilities and community events as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
