AppleOne Employment in Ontario, CA is hiring an Account Executive to drive business development and deliver exceptional staffing solutions to local companies. This role blends recruiting with outside sales, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing, goal-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Use your B2B sales experience to grow our client base through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
Secure new job orders and match qualified candidates to open positions across multiple industries
Manage and grow existing client accounts through consistent communication and reliable service
Conduct interviews with job seekers, identify top talent, and support them through the hiring process
Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales and placement goals
Use internal systems to track activity, manage candidate pipelines, and document job orders accurately
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of business-to-business sales experience (staffing industry experience is a plus)
A proven track record of meeting performance goals or earning commissions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A self-starter who’s comfortable with multitasking and time management
Proficiency with MS Office and web-based systems (CRM, ATS, etc.)
Team player mentality with a drive to win and grow
