We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support PR, social media, and event initiatives across a diverse client portfolio (design, tech, food & beverage, sports, and lifestyle).
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience across media relations, digital marketing, and brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
PR & Communications
Support the development and execution of PR and communications strategies
Draft press releases, pitches, and other materials
Build and maintain media lists; research trends and opportunities
Monitor and report on media coverage and campaign performance
Manage product seeding, sample tracking, and media outreach
Social & Digital
Execute social media strategies across platforms (content creation, posting, engagement)
Assist with influencer campaigns (research, outreach, coordination)
Draft blog posts, newsletters, and basic SEO content
Track performance and optimize content for growth
Events & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing PR events and brand activations
Support logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Team & Agency Support
Collaborate across multiple client teams
Help keep projects organized, on track, and on time
Take initiative—whether that’s research, meeting notes, or problem-solving
Communicate clearly and consistently with team members
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in PR, marketing, social media, events, or similar (internships included)
Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
Experience with influencer marketing or content production
Tools & Skills
Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, analytics)
Strong verbal and written communication (English)
