Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and serve as a trusted resource for account needs.
- Coordinate service requests, client projects, renewals, onboarding tasks, and account maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, client documentation, and internal updates with accuracy and professionalism.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up, smooth communication, and excellent customer service.
- Maintain CRM records, client data, account notes, and related documentation.
- Help resolve client questions, track open items, and support a positive client experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $50,000 to $68,000 annually.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage client communication, service requests, and account coordination activities.
- Coordinate projects, renewals, onboarding, and account maintenance.
- Prepare client-facing reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partner with internal teams to support client satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, account coordination, or a related customer support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and internal partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Professional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.
- Comfortable preparing documentation, tracking account activity, and supporting client deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience supporting clients in employee benefits, insurance, manufacturing, technology, professional services, or related business services environments.
- Interest in long-term growth into Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services leadership.
