This role supports Account Executives and the sales team by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include screening inbound calls, processing and proofreading orders, managing paperwork to ensure smooth project flow to accounting, and researching quotes for similar projects. The role involves following up with clients, assembling reorder research, and conducting outreach to potential clients with expiring quotes. It also includes maintaining catalog samples, monitoring upcoming shipments by factory, filing shipping quotes, and ensuring timely shipment of catalog and sample requests. Additional duties are verifying reorder pricing and quantities, managing licensing and manufacturing paperwork, filling out order confirmations when purchase orders are missing, and checking orders for accurate shipping instructions. The position alerts accounting about direct shipments, maintains project files, assists at the desk in the absence of AE's, and provides customer service as directed. Finally, it involves updating CRM and customer records, including creating new customer profiles, and inputting final quotes and approved factory artwork into customer records.
